While we aim to prepare pre-booked orders in advance, this is not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods such as weekends and school holidays.

Orders placed on the day of hire will be treated as walk-in bookings. Advance preparation is not available for same-day orders and equipment may not be ready on arrival.

During exceptionally busy periods, equipment will be issued on a closest-fit basis only, using the stock available at the time of arrival. Specific sizing and models cannot be guaranteed.
